      - Lot of projects to work on - Always remain engaged - But few relaxing day as well - You are the captain of ship in uncharted water, you can do a lot by yourself - on time salary

      - less salary - no team activity - workoholic culture

      First company, learned a lot, done alot.

      Cons

      No Incourage for anything, good work not appreciated but if any thing happen with you project they directly relate to developer. 2 day application development requirement, no requirement analysis process, full stack developer required, bad apprisal no matter goal sheet or supervisors review.

      Salary on time, you have to learn latest technology itself.Work life balance. Good for those who wants govt Office type environment.Ever facility like pf , HIS has been provided.

      Similar type of projects, increment is very poor, Some people are here only for doing politics not work.
