Pros

Company has some extensive relationships in the Houston energy sector, and you can get a good start to your career.

Cons

Talk of advancement is just that, talk. The company puts a lot of stock in its "career advisor" program, but your advisor is just there to tell you what will keep you from making too many waves with respect to your career.

High turnover rate

Pros

You gain hands on experience in various technologies.

Cons

Not enough workforce to handle the client base. Unexpected layoffs. You get a low ball offer for compensation. It is not uncommon to have an associate quit the company within a year due to the high turnover rate. No formal training. There is no work life balance. You were expected to drive in flooded waters during Hurricane Harvey. PTO days are low. You get paid once a month. Corrupted management is greedy with the budget and will hire cheap to fill their own pockets. This is another reason for the turnover rate. Shady practices when attempting to gain or retain clients. Get ready to be thrown under the bus.

Pros

Talented employees who have built a decent work environment despite the partners

Cons

The owners have problems that they allow to leak into the work environment. One is a QAnon obsessed conspiracy theorist that has bought hook, line, and sinker into the madness and openly shares his obsession with every Q drop. Another partner is a jerk who never offered a greeting or a simple handshake in my entire time there.
