      forces you work for real job

      Cons

      CEO tells weekly stories of how everyone owes him. This guy has built a summer home on the blood and sweat of the real workers. Infamous story of how he stole commission from a recently deceased long-time co worker. Owners son works as COO because he could not cut it in real world. Either guy should not be in charge of super sizing your meal at Burger King. Their ATS system is worse that 2 cans and a string. Buying cheap phones and not paying the recruiters is how the owners make money. Any rating above a single star is a fake.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, as much vacation as you want. You can come and go as much as you want because there are no managers and no one cares what you do. Just make money for the owner.

      Cons

      No salary, no benefits, no leadership, no training. They bring in as many people who are willing to work for free. Only some people get paid. The training is lame and the owner tells stories over and over again. Nice guy but he is clueless about technology.

      Horrible General Manager No one recycles Unprofessional The CFO is old and senile The COO and President don't know how to run their company (complete morons)
