      Mostly good people, free lunch, good benefits for small company, potential to make good money

      Employees are not listened to, lack of trust in employees by management, lots of mind games, a feeling of always being under a microscope

      Worst culture I’ve ever been a part of. 22 People have left since 2017. Most, of not all of the remaining employees know the company is burning down.

      The definition of an employees first work environment. Management looks to give each employee the tools for success. From the top technology at each desk to breakfast and lunch options offered everyday.

      Cons

      Come ready to work. Each person has the tools at their disposal to be successful if you put in the right amount of work.
