During my time I saw meltdowns before meetings, arguments and senior people who should have been nowhere near the position they were in. The environment is probably the worst I've seen at a company. There was nothing award winning about the way they worked. Just a constant firefighting and covering up of issues.
Certain team members seem reluctant to help or look into aspects when needed and make the whole process unbearable and long.
Lastly the Sales and Marketing Head Adam, while I don't think he is an awful person should think about what he sells to clients and also what kind of job he sells to future staff. The reality I found was a chaotic agency that in most cases was delivering poor service to clients with no structure and where certain people behave above their stations.
