Pros
There is really a wide variety of projects to work on, so designers are rarely stuck doing the same thing over and over. The people I work with are amazing and enjoy what they do. This is still a good place to cut your teeth and learn a lot about a wide variety of things.
Cons
leadership lets personal emotion influence decisions, is unfocused, and does not follow through on plans. This has gotten more prominent over the last few years, so unfortunately it has created an atmosphere that is not conducive to extended growth or success.
