      flexible work schedule, nice coworkers

      Cons

      Cult like environment was with them for almost 4.5 years. Proved my hard work and dedication for years an was ranked top performer at the company at one point. I was let go due to new management that knew me for less than 7 months. No room for growth, and you will get chopped no matter how hard you work. No 401k either.
