      Pros

      Good people/staff, everyone gets along and had fun with everyone. We have mandatory Christmas days and events sprinkled throughout the year. It's as memorable as the amount of effort everyone puts in though which sadly can vary by enthusiasm.

      Cons

      Very very long hours which they are transparent about, but in the moment it feels glossed over. It's a niche job with it's niche problem. Expect to not have a work-life balance for 3-4months. The job itself can get stagnant and repetitive after awhile,

      - used to have flexibility this is no longer an option

      Cons

      - under paying by extreme amounts - asking employees to work for free outside agreed working days and times - 12 hour days only being paid for 6.8 hours

      Great management, good training, the job is enjoyable if you like photography and working with kids/teenagers.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, there is lots of work at the start of the year and completely dead at the end of the year.
