Pros

Great office in a great location. They give you Macbooks. Thursday drinks. The MMT staff were always very nice.

Cons

They have these 'gang laws' which are their ethos. They do not actually abide by them. They say that everybody has to contribute but when you do, you are told that you are not senior enough. They have a heirarchy and do not treat everybidy equally. I found that they do not make any reasonable adjustments, and refused to renew my contract based on my disability. They keep giving you good feedback as if nothing is wrong and then suddenly you are told you are not performing as asked despite doing everything you were meant to and working countless free hours every week. There is also a very immature gossip and bullying culture going on at the I lost so much confidence at this job because of the way they handled me. It has had serious repurcussions and caused me to need therapy.

Pros

Great people work there and the space is great.

Cons

Zero opportunity for progression in most roles, the least progressive place, for a “creative” agency feels very backwards run by a load of men

55% of our senior leadership team identify as women, and overall, we have a 50/50 gender split across the business, but we're really sorry to hear that you weren’t happy with the opportunities for progression during your time with us. If you would like to discuss this further, please do reach out to Jude Owens, Global Head of People.
