      No leadership and abusive behaviour

      They paid you on time They are part of Telstra

      Cons

      Poor technical leadership. Poor strategy and no roadmaps. Abusive behaviour between staff is accepted. Especially this seems to be the case when it comes to women which is just mind-blowing given what century this is. Very reactive management and leadership, always chasing the newest thing without delivering on the last priority. No organisational structure to speak of. Teams sort of exist but don't.

      Work in new technology. Fruits and biscuits in the kitchen.

      Cons

      Lack of planning. Management doesn't understand why they are recruiting. A stressed environment with no transparency. No feedback is given directly and no guidance. Lots of back biting.No formal discussions ever happen here.

      Pros

      Outside of downtown if you're into that, OK pay for the area, just make sure to offer high as they will ask for what you want up front.

      Cons

      Unorganised management that results in an angry & stressed environment. Little interest in modern software practices, you will be using aged tech because either 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' or as a result of a previous purchase of badly written vendor software. Little to no interest in testing until a customer complains.
