Pros

He pays for half the day even when it's a Federal Holiday.

Cons

Despicable monster who throws tantrums at employees for his own personal issues. The boss acts like a 10 year old and starts screaming at everyone if he doesn't get his way. You better hope that his wife doesn't ignore him or else, he will take it out on everybody. One should be aware of how they act, if your wife doesn't talk to you because you are inappropriate to interns then you should reflect on your own mistakes and work on it behind closed doors. Do not bring employees into your messy personal business. Computers have disgusting and inappropriate videos. Things get misplaced by the boss and he will blame everyone in the office for it. He is rude and very unpleasant. He has no manners and overall, a very weak individual who takes out his anger and frustration on employees. No matter how well you perform, if he's not in a good mood, you will be screamed at and embarrassed in front of everyone. He went against the wrong person because I will never let anyone belittle me. The look on his face was absolutely priceless when I gave him a taste of his own medicine. His childish behavior should not be tolerated by anyone.

Pros

At least you get paid sick days although not sure what the company policy really is since I was not able to stay long enough to figure it out.

Cons

If not for the toxic work environment, then it would have been a good experience. When I say toxic, expect to be yelled at quite a lot for simple things such as not doing something exactly as the boss wants you to do. It may be as simple as how you stamp an envelope.. because even if you are doing the task it is not EXACTLY the way the boss wants you to do it. The job is easy, anyone can do it. But dealing with the boss' unrealistic expectations is not easy. If it so happens the boss isn't around, you cannot take a lunch break because he doesn't trust anyone to be left in the office. That being said it also goes that there is a very high turnover rate of employees because not everyone could withstand being treated as a kid. Just like the above review, being called an idiot is the norm and he does tend to be extremely rude to people. I have seen at least 15 come and go in the short time I was there - either they don't come back, quit or get fired. I personally quit because witnessing breakdowns and meltdowns from both employees and the boss is not something I signed up for.

Pros

Absolutely none unless you like being belittled and called an idiot by a person who can’t have ANY worker to stay for more than a day or two.

Cons

David isn’t hiring anyone for any admin assistant duties related to his company. He wants a personal assistant which will cater to his every whim. During my trial process he had me doing party planning. He likes to yell a lot and call his staff idiots. He will tell you to keep your opinions to yourself and don’t allow you to complete a sentence. His statement was actually “he likes robotic cold enployees” - In my opinion that’s similar to slavery. He’s an uneducated inddividual. He likes to say “a 10 year old could do this,” yet he can’t do most things himself. A bosses character shows how he treats his staff. I would compare his behavior to that of Gordon Ramsey- don’t waste your time.hes racist too, depending on your country or origin and culture he will treat you with even less respect. Not clear if he knows what respect even isz
