      Pros

      Great people , dying friendly culture , sadly just another greedy bank

      Cons

      Sadly lost it’s way , become a greedy regime , wanting more , making staff redundant. but expects staff to cover the loss . Aggressive , was a great respected company , now just another ruthless uncaring bank .

      Pros

      The kind of company you can have a long career at. Opportunities to grow your career. Company has strong values like integrity and partnership. The company has a wide corp social responsibility and diversity programmes. Mufg group is changing to become One MUFG, integrating investment banking and corporate banking, which brings great opportunities to expand career and get involved. Securities can be agile, which provides more opportunities to get hands on with different technologies.

      Cons

      It is still early in transformation programme, and direction can be lacking as target model still being worked out. Depends on business area as to level of progress for integration, but corporate banking organisation can still feel bureaucratic and believes it has a heavy reliance on Tokyo to make decisions. Although securities can be agile and fast paced, can feel disorganised and pressured to deliver fast.
