Pros
For staff accountants they use the "pit" module where everyone works in close proximity. This allowed for a lot of collaboration on different projects and the ability to learn about complex ideas when its not even your case. The senior staff were knowledgeable and helpful always. They assisted by teaching rather than correcting mistakes so that you learn. The partners were typically out at another office or networking. When they were in the office they were approachable and kind.
Cons
I mostly had a positive experience with MUNCPAS. They know how to turn a profit! It could be difficult to deal with the office management, however I understand that has been resolved.
