Pros
Company is very flexible in helping people find jobs that are right for them. You will still get payed even in between contracts. No non-compete clauses, if you find a company that you enjoy working for on a contract it is possible to transition to direct hire. Great compensation. Upper management is very helpful and kind. Very positive industry trajectory, company is growing quickly and won't be slowing down anytime soon.
Cons
Still a newer company, which means there are some basic things that management is still figuring out.
