It’s your fault if you get hurt no matter if you followed health and safety witch there is none

Racism is so present in this workplace. There is a harsh divide between the different ethnic groups, with discrimination and people getting fired here and there and treated unfairly for being from a different country. I do not recommend working at this place. You are treated unfairly, and no actions or consequences take place when speaking to manager/supervisor about the clear racism and the unfair treatment. Supervisors usually don’t do any work and watch and shout at the employees working hard, demanding for them to work harder, for their own benefit. Supervisors are there to support and work with the employees after all you are an employee yourself, they treat you as if you are dirt and you don’t mean anything and as if they are much better than you, all so they can get more money. The worst workplace experience.
