Pros
I love working for this awesome start-up. Ideas are valued, which is rare to find in a corporate environment. Working for a benefit corporation that gives back also makes you feel good about what you're doing everyday, which can be hard to find in the marketing world. Co-workers are great and everyone is respected and valued for their strengths. Dress code is casual. Regular meetings with the entire staff, smaller teams and managers.
Cons
If you're not a driven, self-starter who can pro-actively communicate and contribute in a team environment, this (or any other start-up) probably isn't the place for you.
