They lay off their employees as soon as they are done with their requirements. They use your skills and throw you like you are the problem creator. Their CEO is known as MR Right in my opinion. He is the only right person and no one can challenge him as you will dig your own grave as you soon as you proved yourself right. Every company hires an employee to use their skills but they spoil you. Either you have all the witnessing stats they will ruin you by keep digging your soul and hurt you internally. Every person working there suffers through anxiety, depression. People other then CEO are really good. No matter how good you are you will always by bullied by him. I have a working experience of 8 years in different companies but working in this company made me a fearful person. You will always try to secure your job without any interest in it. This is there culture and you will never be easy at doing work.
