Unprofessional bullies who claim to know everything after watching a few YouTube videos. Owners have addictive personalities and anger issues.

The staff are over worked and under paid. Josie from HR has extreme anger issues and a very little management experience. They use the office staff like cattle and the owners have just like HR anger and management issues. The pay is terrible for the work. God help you if you call put sick. On the service side. They will and I have seen this with my own eyes, sell you brand new water heaters and air conditioners when all you needed was a simple fix. They tell the salesman in morning meetings this. They send you a salesman not a tech. This company will be under in a few years. They put profit over people and you will be replaced immediately with out fail. Time and time again I have seen and heard how they speak and talk about the staff....it's not good. They view them all as a means to an end.
