      Best pay in the industry, friendly people and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Low quality control of products, managers don't seem to care and there is a general consensus that as long as no one complains, they can do whatever they want.

      Easy to get hired, clean environment and steady hours. The job is easy to understand and you learn to work hard and provide solid costumer service.

      Cons

      Very busy. The job does not pay a lot, but tax benefits make up for it. Motivation of co workers varies. Not the most prestigious of jobs.
