Company provides full benefits including health insurance, 401k with match, and PTO. Company is family owned and all the employees take pride in and buy into the family environment/culture. Personal growth is empowered through the organization and new employees are supported so they do not fail. Upper Management runs leak however is typically always available via call/email/text. We may not see them that often as they’re running day to day operations, staffing jobs and visiting various sites/clients. Overall the company has been great to work. The clients/customers, dealing with the owners, opportunities for continuing education, and networking within and outside of the company have also been great. Great opportunities for people starting in Safety to get experience in multiple industries or get their foot in the door at their next employer.
