      Pros

      MacKay has been providing CEO support for 20 years. The company has an exceptional reputation in the marketplace. Their peer support process has been fine tuned and consistently gains top marks from CEO clients. Newcomers can expect lots of support and I found everyone in the company extremely helpful and supportive for new Forum Chairs.

      Cons

      Recruiting new members takes more time & effort that most people realize. You need to follow the process and allocate the time. It's easiest if you have an existing network of CEOs as clients (eg executive advisors/coaches), and harder if you do not have these close connections. But not impossible - see time above.

      Pros

      Remote Flexibility: I really value the ability to have remote work with a lot of flexibility. There is a lot of mutual trust and respect with my manager and company leaders. Team Excellence: Collaborating with a team of highly-skilled and motivated professionals makes each project not just a task but an opportunity for collective growth. Network of CEOs/Executive: Being connected to some of the most inspiring and influential leaders in various industries is more than just a perk—it's a constant source of inspiration and knowledge for me. I'm always delighted by what I learn by being connected to the MacKay community. Diversity and Inclusion: D+I is not something that MacKay pays lip service to. As a team we constantly have conversations and strategy sessions on how to win diverse talent, it's something that matches my values.

      Cons

      High Expectations: While empowering, the level of responsibility and expectations can sometimes be overwhelming, especially during peak business periods. It's a challenge I choose to accept, but this definitely isn't a place to float.
