Pros

Decent benefits, on site gym and fitness classes, many social events, good food

Cons

Management does not care about employees down the line. They ignore complaints of abusive behaviour and get rid of complainers rather than improve the culture up top. Manipulation and insecurity abound in managers and the rest of the employees bare the brunt. Different people have different salaries despite having the exact same role. All depends on whether your in favour with the manager, not about your actual work output. They also a very harsh on people who have to take medical emergencies and have no flexibility or compassion to help someone return to work. They also are reluctant to promote from within.
