The business model is quite clear: hire fresh graduated people. If you start working there, check the average age of the company, will hardly reach 30 yo. The reason is twofold: 1. You can give them low salaries as they just graduated. 2. They have no previous experience so they are easy to convince to do any project that the manager wants: more experienced people would never accept certain projects they offer. The range of projects is big, but basically this is also a proof that there is no filter. If there is an opportunity to make money they will take it and convince someone he has to start working on it.
