      Supportive team but toxic management and no growth

      Pros

      Kind team members and the office is near on the downtown waterfront area

      Cons

      Family business, only close friends and relatives are promoted, you will be underpaid, overworked and get micromanaged. Don't waste your time in this company, there is no growth you will just rot away and learn to please the managers only. Everyone hates working there. Horrible company. In the past 4 months, over 10 people have been fired or quit. Managers have a strong ego and narcissist. They will think you are wrong and just ask AI to do the work.

      - Some flexibility in day-to-day tasks

      Cons

      - No real opportunity for growth. Any time I had asked about developing up, I was shut down. - Very low pay and disappointing raises, even after taking on more work. - Constant micromanagement, making the environment stressful and unmotivating.
