      Aggressive Managment and more - Steer clear

      Pros

      They really don't monitor what you do while in the office.

      Cons

      The executives are aggressive with staff if they disagree with you they will get in your face and scream and yell at you. You are expected to keep your mouth shut and just put up with this behavior. The president of the company makes decisions and then does nothing to support them and wonders why nothing gets done or his plans do not come to fruition. If you leave they will bad mouth you to anyone who calls for a reference.

      Competitive salary, good benefits overall. Pension plan in lieu of 401k matching (plus and minus, will list this on both).

      Cons

      Medical is terrible, Pension plan in lieu of 401k matching. There is a lack of communication between depots and lack of policy between depots (one depot's rules may be compeltely different than another's).

      violations of U.S. laws, Singapore laws, human rights, maritime regulations/ ethics by the Singapore branch. maintained the business in Singapore well below the required American and International standards. Use of unprofessional/ lawless staff to control professional/ lawful staff
