Extremely high work load, you have to do it their way or its the highway, even if other options work too. Extremely unorganised, poor/ no management. Prepare to be shamed and laughed at infront of everyone for little non consequential mistakes. High turn over which leads to even more disorganisation. Low/ average pay at best
