Pros
Macrae provides a highly collaborative environment at a trans-Atlantic level. Everyone in the company is at the top of their job function; it's amazing to work in an environment where you are always surrounded by smart and hardworking professionals at every level in the organization.
Cons
Everyone is incredibly hard-working and it can be difficult to find work-life balance. The positive part of this is that the Company is always trying to find ways to promote collaboration in order to make it possible for employees to unplug.

Pros
Professional, team oriented, collegial, hard-working, and collaborative environment with transparent and open communication from the top down. Everyone is valued and appreciated for their contribution. Commissions for recruiters are above many competitor structures. Salaries for administrative professionals are generous, Robust retirement savings and benefit programs.
Cons
I have not experienced any negatives.
