Small where red tape is eliminated for immediate changes, I found it rewarding due to I could apply my many years of HR experience to a new company.
Cons
The owner that runs the company is inexperienced and hot headed. He yells at team members in front of others. Struggling company to get customers and get product out the door due to inexperienced managers.
