Pros
1- timely salary disbursement, even in corona times. 2- flexible hours and great learning’s on complex projects.
Cons
1- less human interactions as most work happens on chat including employee discussions. 2 - team monitoring system needs to be changed. Leaders should only mind that the job is done.

This company has not deserved any type of rating. Simply the worst company trading! Company CEO Jyoti Yadav Behavior is not good. she treats employees as labor. Don't trust on these fraud peoples. They are only money minded. Please please, be aware everyone
