Everything else. There is no training or support. Management are poorly organised, unprofessional and mean spirited. They spend all day on their phones, having personal conversations and playing pranks on each other and the staff whilst punishing staff for not being at constant attention. Team leaders will openly mock, bully and belittle their employees and laugh in their faces when asked to stop, and don't even think about saying anything to HR as they are only interested in protecting the company. The whole department is run like a cult by a very intimidating head who clearly thrives on firing staff and flaunting qualifications they don't have, all in the name of an absurd ego trip. Avoid this place like the plague unless you want to get wrapped up in gaslighting and cruelty.
