During my time with the company, I noticed that some team members appeared hesitant to openly discuss process inefficiencies or suggest improvements. When I provided constructive feedback and proposed additional sourcing tools and recruitment process enhancements, the discussion seemed to be perceived as personal criticism rather than an attempt to improve results. This created an environment where open communication and continuous improvement were difficult to achieve. Shortly afterward, my cooperation with the company was terminated without clear feedback. In addition, salary payments for completed work were significantly delayed
