      Pros

      Front desk staff is great.

      Cons

      The owners are polar opposites and you end up in the middle of drama. Not given expectations or how they want things done but will tell you what you are doing wrong. They don’t know what they want what so ever but they seem to know what they don’t want. Constant under breath comments and rude remarks during meetings in front of staff. One of the owners is very homophobic and refuses care to those that transition.

      Questionable Business Practices

      Pros

      Solid, established practice and I wasn't concerned about losing my job due to lack of patients. I was able to work independently with little micromanagement from the doctor which was a very big pro in this field.

      Cons

      There was a lot of questionable billing. I'm not a chiropractor but I've worked for quite a few of them. The amount of services and treatments each patient automatically received seemed excessive to me.
