Sometimes last minute projects and requests thrown your way but if you are organised enough it isnt really that big of an issue. Career progress here also depends on the position you start with.
A poor experience at Madison. Toxic environment and culture, especially across senior management and HR director. I only wish I left the company sooner, a lot of other companies that look after people in a much better culture
