      Leadership in Mechanic Department is uneducated and drama queens.

      Pros

      Can make good money if you want to work all of the time. 10 hr days - 6 days a week. No life for yourself.

      Cons

      Mechanic Department leadership are Drama Queens. No consideration for people's lives. Will fire you within 90 days if you don't fit it. Meaning: if you are not a drama queen, you won't stay long. Or if you don't mingle with the "guys", you won't stay long.

      Decent benefits package once you’ve hired on full time.

      Cons

      Constantly changing schedule last minute making it hard to plan anything. Leadership is lacking communication skills and job knowledge.
