      Pros

      I worked with mads technologies for around a year and half and the development work done here gave me a confidence to stand in the market. I not only learnt different technologies but applied them in real time as well. I was a team member of an e-wallet development for a foreign market. It was a lot of learning during this project and project successfully launched.

      Cons

      Sometimes Work load made me tired but it happens when you have to do a timely delivery.

      Pros

      Worked at Mads for a year Initially the processes were not in place but it is much better now. Apart from this, the work culture is pretty amazing, very conducive environment. Our colleagues and seniors make us feel welcomed, creating a very smooth flow of communication. We were always free to question and share our school of thought in meetings and discussions. I learned a lot at Mads, both personally and professionally.
