1. Working in live project from day one. 2. On time salary. 3. Fix time of working. 4. good environment for learning

1. working on holidays like 15 Aug, 26 Jan, 2 Oct, Christmas, eid, on even election day. that is inhuman behavior of company. 2. Low wages according to work they want from employees. that's why there are less experience employee. 3. Then shows Inattentiveness on giving experience letter. 4. Working on low level technology. 5. And they don't take any initiation for new and advance technology. 6. Any time the change company rule. 7. Management team can not able to estimate project cost and time to complete. 8. They force there employee to give good review on google and other websites.
