      Pros

      Very good work environment. Lot of opportunities to grow. Good support and guidance from Managers. It is great company for peoples who are looking for a good work life balance. Good compensation and benefits.

      Pros

      There are many reasons, I wish to list a few below. 1. The people working in the organization are supportive 2. Some management people maintain personal connect to the employees 3. The company is heading for Quality (ISO 9001) certification and also possess the potential to obtain ISO certification at an ease. 4. The organization is working on few of the latest technologies and hence it is the best place for the learning. 5. This organization has helped me in improving my technical learning curve.

      Cons

      Wherever there are Pros, there are cons as well. However, its personal opinion whether to showcase the cons or the hide it. In my opinion the only point can be a con is, the Cabin system. The managers and reportes should sit shoulder to shoulder so that there can be equality in everyone's mind
