Pros

This is one of the few IT companies in Nagercoil. Now there are lot of new companies coming.

First of all, the owner runs the company like a grocery shop. He treats all employees as slaves without any self respect. They don't acknowledge good work of the employees. The owner is interested in cricket. So whoever play cricket with him, he will promote give hike. He don't care about others. Like I said, they are not at all a company. They use sugar coated words like "mafiree family", but in reality they take people for granted. When they interview someone they select people, the main eligibility they seek is that if they can become their slave. They will reject good skilled people and those who are bold enough. Usually they conduct very many interviews for their slave hunt. At work, the owner is not knowledgeable. He has got 5 years of work experience before he started this company. And he has been running the company for more than 12 years now. But his knowledge is outdated and he acts like he knows everything. If you come with a new idea, change, the first thing he will say is "NO". This is just because he do not know anything about that. He is a poor micro-manager There is a shift system, but they ask everyone to work for 12 hours. There is no shift allowance given. There is no proper time accounting. They deduct the salary if someone is taking permission. During Corona lockdown the owner acted impatiently and set unrealistic deadlines when people are in fear of the pandemic. When it comes to salary they pay very less salary at the market. The owner extracts, exploits blood of the employees and generate his wealth. They dont give proper offer letter, appointment letter. Every month they dont give payslip. They are accounting everything wrongly and illegally to avoid tax. Even if someone ask for payslip, the wont reply at all. The reason they give why the dont give payslip is "then people will resign and move out". Come on... It is much like the joke "If you hide the hair comb, you can stop a marriage". If people want to stay with them, they stay if company treats them well. They will leave you at any cost. The owner has some of his relatives at office with them he is doing all the slavery thing. When one of his relatives submitted the resignation, the owner said, "If you quit I will not invite you for any of my family functions or attend any of the your family function". See, how cruel he is even at his relative. Imagine, how cruel he will be on others. They do below things stopping attrition: 1. There is a three month notice period, so no company will hire you by waiting for three months 2. Even if you got a job they mandate you to serve three month notice, but dont give you are task. You have to simply sit at office. This is the revenge the company takes because you decided to quit them. 3. They dont pay you salary during the notice period. They will say you will get only after the notice period. Think about a family man, if dont get three month salary can he run family? So he will not think to resign. What a great technique. Clever owner. 4. Even after notice period they will not pay you the salary of notice period. You have to visit the company many times and beg at its doors. 5. More importantly they dont give you reliving letters, experience letter etc., and dont complete the separation formalities. Again they will invite you to beg at their doors. 6. Even if you go without these letters, when it comes to background verification by the new company, they wrongfully give negative feedback about you, so that you will suffer. So finally, they want everyone to become their slave once the employee joins them. If you want to leave, they will not let you go. Even if you go, they spoil your career if you go. Above is the experience not only by me but by all of the employees. In my case, as because I asked for my salary during my notice period, he used his influence (because his father is a retired police man), and raise a complaint with police that I entered the office without permission and attacked the security. Even now, they will see how to take this comment down from the review. They will not improve
