This company works very hard to make sure new employees will be a good fit, so the culture is amazingly collaborative and supportive. Everyone, including the owner, is caring and professional at all times. A very special environment and business model where people are working hard to grow the business, and it pays off. Clients are very impressed with the phenomenal customer service and products.
Cons
There really are none, unless you're a very outgoing and talkative person, then you may find the quiet and calm environment a little restrictive. But people who just like to get their work done will love it!
