Pros
Nelite, is a real human company created in 2007 by 2 friends. Management is near from employees allowing everyone to be heard. I spent some years of my life working there, and even if each day had it's couples of surprises, the good atmosphere allowed me to always stay positive. With a real focus on delivery quality, most of consultants working for Nelite (Morocco, Ney York or Paris) have the opportunity to develop their profesionals lives.
Cons
There are no insurmoutable challenges. A real time access to training, a real internal community, and the accompanying of the hierarchy in personal development, common commitments allow everyone to find their place.
