Pros
Super supportive leadership that will pick up the phone even at midnight on a weekend. Comprehensive training program that even without a window background you’ll walk out of it being an expert. Very fair with lead distribution and overlays are some of the nicest people you can meet from the installers to the bullpen that books the leads. Product is the most fun product I’ve ever sold and other than price no one objects to any aspect of it. Great flexibility with hours as well so it’s easy to fit in a workout or a grocery shop between leads
Cons
Have to work weekends during the warm months to maximize your earning upside. Training is not remote.

Fun! Hard work but far from boring. The Demos are cool so every Family wants the Window Systems. If you like meeting new people and like presenting Advanced Technology this is a great fit. There is a lot of learning but the Teams from Production to Installation along with Management gear employees for success. For any potential new employees, if you're willing to put in effort, it's a very rewarding job
Cons
It's sales so it comes with its usual challenges. Magic has a lot of leads so if you don't book time off you could end up working long stretches of days. As long as it's a few days notice you can book off but there is a lot of work available constantly. Higher Income require compromising work/life balance but if you're results oriented it's worth it. Cool and Calm while with customers but fast-paced internally. Everyone gets things done quickly so you gotta stay on top of things. Results oriented. If you don't perform well there's no growth for advancements.
