Pros

The offered salaries are very attractive, in general above the average in the Vienna region.

Cons

No good work-life balance. The teams are understaffed and long working days are expected, from early in the morning to late in the afternoon. The general company organization is so big that the communication is often lacking and there are many duplicities in the roles, making overall the clear responsibilities split and decision making painfully difficult.
