      Pros

      I was able to continue working as a consultant even after moving into the city. Having this flexibility and opportunity to work independently is the biggest plus for me. Management also goes the extra mile to give the resources and mentorship that keep us moving forward.

      Cons

      There is really nothing major in terms of downsides, can be challenging but so is any other job

      Pros

      I wanted flexibility. Magnabilities gave it to me. I wanted financial security. Magnabilities gave it to me. I also needed networking opportunities. Being an extrovert, I enjoy interaction and learning. Magnabilities gave it to me, too. They have nice compensation plans. Bonuses are also offered. The commissions are paid monthly by direct deposit. Overall, the company is well-organized and offers great opportunities to build your business and gain financial stability.

      Cons

      Covid affected us all, but it’s good to see we’re recovering.
