      Not much room for career development in the company, Just waiting for someone to leave is the only way to get promoted.

      Magnaflux's strength is asking employee's what they want and value in a company, and acting upon those requests. They offer training to learn about the industry and company, as well as outlets to better yourself as a participant of a company. The Magnaflux community is optimistic, and consistently open to questions and providing guidance to newcomers as well as advanced employees.

      Cons

      The business unit is lean, but by using the Illinois Tool Works (ITW) philosophies, you learn how to enhance the skills you have to manage the tasks at hand.
