This business is built on stealing from freelancers and never paying them for their work, it is unethical and dishonest. Magnet employees frequently talked about working with people of color and empowering women in film and used phrases like that to entice clients, but then neglected to pay any of these people and ignored them when they requested compensation. I've heard from a lot of friends that they are being sued for not paying freelancers, shame on them for hurting that community, I'm embarrassed to have Magnet on my resume.

Where do i start... There is a major issue with paying people on time here. Management does not care about you Everything might seem fine, but it's not.
