Dog friendly office. Above industry standard pay. Coworkers you'll keep in contact with even after leaving. Immense relief when you leave.
Cons
Brutal workloads, the bottom line and meeting targets are valued above employees health. People have gone off on sick leave only to never return. Pressure is put on middle management from directors to punish employees if simple mistakes were made (eg. Work long hours with no overtime). Directors behave as though are a different class to everyone else, they might arrive in the morning walk past people without looking at them or saying hello. Harsh and public criticism from directors. It could feel like walking on eggshells in the office. Directors try to control every aspect of the company down to how people communicate between themselves. Mental health definitely suffers here. Bare minimum of holiday entitlement.
