Pros

help for pregnant women with addictions

Cons

Very poor management support to employees. Executive management favors clients over staff and will retaliate by firing staff. Most of the administration staff are ex-addicts and still possess some of the manipulation skills that comes from addiction. Not a good organization to work for if you want professional development. If you like mess and pettiness, then this is the organization for you.

Pros

Clients that’s all that mattered

Cons

No structure for the clients. All staff are clients with no experience. Bad management. Too much gossip. Unorganized. They falsify documents to the county.

Pros

They use ADP for timekeeping

Cons

In one of the first interviews, director was walking their dog. HR is very much biased against the employee and sides with managers. For the on-call position, they did not reach out once. Also taken off of a project in direct retaliation after complaint to HR.
