Pros
Nice office in nice part of town. Most staff bright and friendly. Strong sense of purpose and passion within departments. It can be a dynamic environment.
Cons
Extremely high turnover of staff. No apparent plan to turn things around other than tweaking. No one to take responsibility for failure or explain constantly changing strategies (if there were any). Management don't even realise this is a bad thing. The business is fundamentally flawed (the owners, the photography collective, are also its supplier). Worst, there's a pervading sense that something is being plotted behind everyone's back.
