      Good team culture (certain teams) Adequate salary Hybrid work

      Cons

      Unstable (massive layoffs of senior leadership and functions) One of the worse HR teams (especially head of HR) No clear strategy from management as they say one thing and do the opposite Bad hirings Takes time to get promoted
