      None at all. Try to refer to the cons section

      Cons

      - Since working there, I got sleepless nights and nightmares and I didn't even have motivation to go to work. - HR won't protect you at all. You think your manager/superior isn't treating you fairly? Don't go to HR. They will put the blame on you instead of actually listening to you and investigate what really happened. - Bosses are boomers, and yell at employees - Employees are mostly incapable, and resist changes especially when it comes to technology transformations. They don't even know how to use Excel. - Inhumane treatment towards the employees with executive roles. - No promotion/increment after being so loyal. - Lies. Lies. Lies.

      Friendly colleagues. Management trying to promote staff engagement. Undergoing transformation. Senior management take staff comments seriously.

      Cons

      Unclear career path. Increment / bonus one of the lowest in industry. Performance appraisal not transparent.

      Profit First, Employee Last

      Pros

      Low/zero gearing, cash strong company, would pull through any financial crisis.

      Cons

      1. Owner controls everything. CEO is just a puppet with zero decision making power. 2. Has no reservations to expense the employee's interest to make more profit. Profit comes first. 3. Claims that they want to transform, but change is minimal, because the owner's mindset is still very backward. 4. In my few months there, many left, and mostly good ones. 5. Highly political. I hear heads complaining about each other and lots of backstabbing apparently (hearsay, but i'm sure there are some truths to it). 6. Family controlled. Corporate ladder is non-existent if you're carrying the wrong surname, and genes, and blood.
